1. 

   Start by gathering the flowers you want to use. Cut off any extra leaves as well as any thorns or sharp spaces. Cut out any brown leaves as well or petals that are dropping. You can use the extra cut materials as filling in potpourri to make any room smell better or even as part of a pressed flower arrangement.

   Place florist's foam in the base of the vase. The florist's foam should fill about two inches of the vase if possible. Add water so that the flowers will have a means of staying fresh. The water should not go past the height of the florist's foam.

   Decide what kind of flowers you want to use. You want to use flowers that will help you take advantage of the height of the Eiffel Tower vase. Consider flowers like long stemmed roses, calla lilies and carnations. The flowers should stick outside of the vase and be easily seen. Look for flowers that have smell as well as visual impact.

4. Stick the flowers inside of the vases. The flowers should be easily seen from up close and from afar. Consider flowers that are bright in color if possible.

5. Decorate the outside of the vase. You can use items like ribbons wrapped around the outside of the vase to add visual appeal and impact as well as make the vases stand out more. If possible stick to a color theme. Avoid using more than three colors or the arrangement will look too busy.
