A GPS logger is a device used to track vehicles and people. Parents can use GPS car tracking to track their teen's driving habits and to make sure they end up where they are suppose to be. Partners can track their spouses to determine if they are cheating. It is inconspicuous to track a car using a GPS. The person driving the car will not know that there is a logger in the car. The GPS vehicle tracking systems will not track vehicles in real time but it will allow the user to see where someone has been.
