How to Download Video Clips From Finepix 400 Camera

You can watch videos downloaded from your camera.

The Fujifilm Finepix 400 digital camera not only takes still pictures, but you can also record short videos. Videos are stored along with the single images. If you want to download the video file to your computer, the process is similar to importing still images from the camera.

Things You'll Need

• Computer
• Finepix 400 camera
• USB cable

Instructions

1. Plug the USB data cable into the USB port on the Finepix 400 camera. Plug the other end of the cable into any available USB port on the computer.

2. Click "Start" followed by either "Computer" or "My Computer." When a new window loads, double-click the removable disk icon. This disk represents the memory card in your digital camera. Once you open the icon, you can see all of the images and videos stored on the device.

3. Locate the video file in the window, then click-and drag the file from the window to any location on your computer.

4. Close out the Finepix 400 camera window. Right-click the removable memory icon and select "Eject." You can now disconnect your camera from the computer. To watch the downloaded video, simply double-click it.
