To start off, shop for some themes that you want to create for a premade scrapbooking page.

Once you have your supplies, brainstorm what you want your theme to be about.

Once you have your theme, gather all the supplies you need. For example, you will have a sheet or scrapbooking paper, perhaps some borders for your pictures, some stickers to match well with the paper, and some lettering to explain your theme.
