How to Update the Grammar Check in Word

Word's grammar check reduces grammatical errors in documents. It is automatically set to capitalize the first letter in sentences, bulleted lists and tables and will alert you if you have too many spaces between your words or have perhaps used incorrect grammar. You'll see green squiggly lines beneath words Microsoft Word detects to be grammatically incorrect. Word's grammar check works hand-in-hand with the spell checker. You can update Word's grammar check so it ignores capitalization, punctuation or other features.
