Sharp makes a variety of electronic printing calculators that fit every budget and need. When printing with the calculators the date and time will appear on the printout. If you notice that your printouts are showing the wrong time, you can correct it in a matter of seconds. This will ensure that your printout records contain accurate data.

  • Locate the "GT/Rate Set" mode switch that is located. Slide the mode switch to the right so that it is on the "Rate Set" option.

  • Enter the correct hour as a number between 0 and 24.

  • Press the decimal key.

  • Enter the correct minute as a number between 0 and 59.

  • Press the clock/calendar button on your calculator again to save your time changes. The "Time" will now display in the calculator's display window.
