How to Schedule an Auction on eBay
Founded in 1995, eBay has become the world's largest Internet marketplace, with approximately $60 billion dollars worth of items sold in 2008. The auction site has changed quite a bit over the years, integrating new features and options to optimize the experience for buyers and sellers. When creating an auction, you can opt to schedule the auction to begin at a later date (up to 21 days in advance). The fee is only 10 cents per listing.

Tips & Warnings
AuctionBytes.com recommends scheduling an eBay auction to end on Sunday evening for maximum exposure (most people are at home). If you're using a standard 7 day auction, this would mean scheduling the auction to begin on Sunday evening.
You can make changes to your auction prior to its scheduled start time. Access "My eBay" from your eBay account, and click on "Scheduled," then "Edit."
