How to Draw a Broken Heart
From tattoos to doodles in teenage girls' notebooks, the broken heart is something that seems to be everywhere. Some are squat and fat, cutely rounded, plumped up like balloons. Others are wan and narrow, seeming to draw into themselves from the sheer agony of being. While the details of these tragic symbols vary widely from one artist to the next, drawing the basic broken heart is done in just a few steps that you can modify to capture just the right feeling of your particular heartbreak.
