The methodology statement of a grant proposal gives information regarding activities for the project seeking grant funding. A good methodology statement will show what activities the grant project is seeking funding sources for but why those particular activities where chosen.

      Be specific on what activities are included in the grant project. Do not simply list the activities, but how they help achieve non profit's short term and long term goals.
