How to Export Comcast Contacts

      Log on to your Comcast account and go to your mailbox.

      Open your address book, and then once it is open click on the icon labeled "Export" in the toolbar.

      Select the appropriate format in which you would like to export your contacts. The choices are self directing. If you use a Palm Pilot, select "Palm Pilot ABA". If you are an Outlook user then you should select "MS Outlook CSV", and the same logic applies to the choices "MS Outlook Express CSV", or "Netscape Communicator LDIF". Choose "MS Outlook CSV" if you need a format that is likely to be compatible with many different software programs.

      Click the "Export" button. When prompted, select the location to which you would like to save your Comcast contacts, select "Save", and you are finished. It is a good idea to also save this file to a removable media such as a CD or USB drive in case of a computer crash."
