How to Eat a Clean Breakfast
Clean eating means following a diet consisting of food in it's natural form, or as close to it's natural form as possible. Clean meals don't include processed or refined foods such as those containing white flour or sugar. Fried foods, foods high in saturated or trans fat and alcohol are usually avoided, as well. Starting your day with a clean breakfast can improve your health and increase energy levels throughout the day.
