Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

One thing you can do to get closer to your spouse is turn off the television. When you constantly watch television you are sending off vibrations to your spouse that you do not have any interest in them. Instead of sitting in your favorite chair when you come home from work you need to get up and go out together. Take your spouse somewhere exciting at least once a week, go to the movies or go skating the point is do something that excites the marriage not the same old thing you do all the time.

  2. Step 2

Another thing you can do to help your marriage is start treating your spouse with respect. As the marriage grows many times the respect goes. When was the last time you opened the car door for your spouse or held her hands when you went out together. When you meet other people of the opposite sex do you introduce your spouse. How do you talk to each other in front of other people? You should never talk down to your partner in front of other people these things bring the marriage down the drain.

  3. Step 3

Men need to stop masturbating all the time. This can decrease your interest in your wife and cause you to seek another relationship. Men may feel this is harmless but it is not. The more you do it and fantasize about other women while doing it the more you distance yourself from your spouse and the less you desire sex from your spouse. Try to start being intimate with your spouse and enjoying her. If you are in a mood for different do different things with your spouse.
