How to Deactivate Callertunes

CallerTunes is a service that lets you choose a song to play for callers to your cell phone. It's available from providers such as T-Mobile and costs a small monthly fee. To discontinue the service is a rather easy process.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Visit the T-Mobile Web site and login to your account.

  2. Step 2

    Click on "Change Plan."

  3. Step 3

    Look for "CallerTunes."

  4. Step 4

    Remove the check from the CallerTunes box. Click "Save Changes." This should unsubscribe you from the service.

  5. Step 5

    Turn off the volume on your cell phone or switch it to vibrate if you want to disable the tunes that play when your receive calls.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can also deactivate the CallerTunes service at T-Mobile stores.
