Customize the template to include relevant data for your project. Use the crop marks and fold marks to determine where to place your text. You can use word processing insertions like bullets and numbering to draw attention to important points. Text size, text color, background color and text type can also be adjusted.

Add images to the booklet. For better resolution, make sure the images are at least 300 dpi.

Save the information booklet file before printing. Load the correct-size paper into the printer and print your copies. Use the fold marks to determine the appropriate place to fold the booklet. If you need a large quantity, you may want to consider sending the file to a printer and ordering copies.
