Today, we are going to make a dollhouse out of cardboard box. This is a easy step-by-step procedure that will take a few hours of your time.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    First step:
Take your cardboard box and position it on its side so that the opening is facing you.

Next, examine your box to determine the best areas to cutout windows and doors.

Take your scissors (You may need to draw windows and doors on a piece of paper and cut them out to fit) and cut your windows and doorway. The doorway should go on the sides of the box or in the back. The original opening is your main exit.

  2. Step 2

After cutting your windows and doors, you will need to cut the cups out of the egg cartons. Using the cups, you can create fancy chairs and other furniture. (Your choice)

Next, take the clothe material to make curtains for your windows. Use patterns and sketches to help you create your design. Once you finish place your curtains on the windows. You can either staple them, (Not recommended if it is designed for small child), or paste them to the window sill.

  3. Step 3

You can take additional cardboard boxes to create dividers if you like. This way you can create rooms. In the meantime, place your egg furniture in appropriate areas where you want your furniture to appear. Using tape, you can add more egg cups to create various types of furniture.
