Things You'll Need:
- Fresh tomatoes
- Garlic
- Extra virgin oil
- Sugar
- Burgundy wine

Step 1
Gather and wash your tomatoes ten tomatoes and remove the core where the stem was. Cut into quarters and add them to your blender. You could save one or two fresh tomatoes to dice and add to the pot.

Peel some fresh garlic; add to the blender with your tomatoes. Blend well on high. After the mixture has been blended, pour the mixture into your pot on the stove and occasionally. Optional you may add red canned salmon or albacore tuna to create a healthy seafood marinara. Add a twist of lemon when serving seafood style.

Step 3
Add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. You can add 1 tablespoon of burgundy wine. Let simmer on low heat for about 4 hours. In addition, enjoy.
