Fandango is the movie ticket site with connections to the most of the major chains. A person can go through Fandango to buy advance tickets for any film showing at a Fandango-affiliated theater. Fandango will apply a service charge to any ticket purchased through its system.

1. Go to Fandango.com. Click on "My Fandango" and "Create an Account."

2. Type in all of the requested information, including a credit card number. Skip some other sections until you get a confirmation.

3. Click on "My Fandango" again.

4. Log in using the email address and password you selected during sign up.

5. Click on "Find Movies" or "Find Theaters." Insert the name of the film and your zip code. The Fandango site will show all of the available options in or close to your zip code. Select the movie, a screening time, and specify a number of tickets.

6. Review the ticket purchase information, then click "complete my purchase."

7. Print the ticket or tickets on a full single page. Present the entire piece of paper (receipt side and ticket side) to the ticket taker.
