How to Make a Flash Game Without Programming Experience
Flash games are playable directly in an Internet browser without needing to download anything. For this reason, they are very popular online. Generally speaking, programming a game takes lots of work and knowledge, but certain sites and programs allow you to quickly make games in a template with no programming experience required.

1
Go to the link specified below to load up your platform game maker and begin designing a game. You may need to wait a few seconds for the program to load.
-
2
Click on the "Tutorial" link to get a brief overview of the game making options. This will give you more detailed information about what you can do in the game, although it is possible to make a game without reading it simply by following the steps here.

3
Click on "Build" and select a character to serve as the game's protagonist. Keep in mind that the winged character can fly indefinitely, which may change how you design your level. Select a background, which has no game play effect but simply changes how your game looks.
-
4
Begin adding platforms to your game world by clicking the left mouse button and holding it down while you move the mouse. This will draw a platform directly on the world. If you wish to change the color of the platforms you are drawing, click on one of the colored dots in the upper left before drawing your platform.
-
5
Add standard block platforms by clicking on the rectangle icon on the upper left. This will add a rectangular platform in the middle of your screen. You can then click and drag on the platform to place it anywhere else on the screen.
-
6
Place enemies by clicking on the enemy icon (green man with pitchfork) to add an enemy in the middle of your current screen view. You can then click and drag on the enemy to place him anywhere else on the screen.
-
7
Scroll through the world by pressing the "A" key to move left and the "D" key to move right. The "W" key moves up and the "S" key moves down. Scrolling around the world allows you to make longer levels, adding platforms and enemies wherever you like.
-
8
Click on the far left forward arrow icon to start your game. This will allow you to play through the level you have created, moving with the W, A, S and D keys as described in the previous step, and attacking with the space bar.

Games created with simple templates are generally not as good as more carefully programmed games.
