How to Fix a Colibri Pocket Watch

Colibri of London pocket watches are wonderful accessories, except when they're not working. If your watch is no longer keeping time and seems to be broken, it probably just has a dead battery. You could take it to a service place or you can grab some tweezers and replace the battery yourself. Does this Spark an idea?

  • Pocket knife
  • Tweezers
  • New battery

Instructions

    • 1

      Place the tip of your pocket knife in the slot on the back of the watch. Pry the back off.

      Take your tweezers and grasp the metal piece that is hiding the battery.

    • 3

      Once that metal piece is out the battery should come out too.

    • 4

      Put the new battery in and cover it with the metal piece.

    • 5

      Put the back of the watch back on and snap it into place.
