How to Save Information Entered in Forms in Internet Explorer

When you're online often filling out surveys or doing data entry, you know that having to re-enter the same information over and over again gets to be a little bit frustrating. Fortunately, there is a way to save information that has been entered into forms on your computer and online. Doing so takes little effort and may save you lots of time.

      Open Internet Explorer.

      Click "Tools" in the top left-hand part of your browser. If you are using IE7, it's on the right side.

      Choose "Internet Options" from the drop-down menu.

      Click the "Content" tab.

      Under "AutoComplete" click "Settings."

      Check the box that says "Forms."

    • 7

      Click "OK." On the "Internet Options" window, click "Apply" and then "OK."
