How to Use a Computer RAR Subtitles File
RAR is a file format used for the WinRAR compression/archive utility software. It's best to think of an RAR file as a container that holds a larger, more compressed file. You need to "unpack" the file in order to open it. RAR files are very much like the popular ZIP but have the advantage of split volumes, allowing you to take one large file and break it down into multiple smaller files.

Tips & Warnings
Files that span multiple volumes can be identified by a file extension; for example, .R00 or .R01. To open a RAR file split into multiple volumes, follow the normal steps but use .R00 in place of .RAR as the file to open.
