1
Start by mounting the wireless camera on the top of your RC car. Use JB Weld, Epoxy, or nuts and bolts to securely mount it onto the car. You won't want it falling off while you are trying to make a quick getaway.
-
2
Next, program the camera and receiver, and check that they are working. Generally, there will be a series of red and green LEDs on the system to tell you whether the two are speaking to each other or not.
-
3
Next, connect the receiver to your TV. When you turn it on, you should be able to see the video feed coming in from your camera. Check the manufacturer's provided information on the camera and receiver to see what the maximum distance they can be apart and still work is.

Finally, turn on your RC car and let it go. You can navigate the car by watching the TV. Just be careful not to get it stuck, as you'll be on your own in enemy territory. If someone stumbles upon it then, you might just have to disavow all knowledge of the spy camera, and claim to have never met it before in your life...

Tips & Warnings
Make sure you mount your camera perfectly straight, or it will be like driving down the road with your head turned sideways.
Always respect people's privacy!

Awe, that's pretty nifty! Thanks for the advice on how to make a moving spy camera. Perhaps I can use it the next time I finish an interview to see what the potential employer says, LOL! Just kidding, but it is still interesting advice.
