on 7/28/2009 paying online is the worse experience ever for me...my phone has now been suspended due to non-payment, when all I've been trying to do is pay for the past 2-3days! My payments continueto be denied and yes, my credit card has money! I've even tried different cards, the billmatrix system locked me out for 24hrs for "exceeding the maximum number of attempts" Of course customer service was no help so I have no choice but to drive 20 miles to a local metro store and pay....I wish I had better credit I really hate Metro!

on 6/8/2009 MetroPCS also sends a text message to your phone around your bill due date letting you know how much you owe. You can use this message as a way to find out your current balance.

on 6/7/2009 So remember if someone says that MetroPCS is easy - just remember they "charge" for "easy" self-service. $2-$4. If they say something nice about their customer service they must work for the company or stand to make a profit.

on 6/7/2009 Also, after waiting for 45 minutes for MetroPCS Customer Service, not only does the abusive pre-recorded message get on your last nerve wait until someone finally answers the phone. Talk about hiring stupid labor. They have poor communication skills, no customers service etiquette training. And they'll be lucky if they ever even seen a Metro-PCS phone. Metro-PCS's has won the award as the worst customer service online and phone service I have ever received in my life.

on 6/7/2009 It's "not" easy to pay online your MetroPCS bill. When you go online to MetroPCS to pay a bill you are not able to "see" your "balance." Common sense is the first thing you want to verify is before you pay the bill is the due dollar amount online. They often change the bills from month to month from about $0.50 to about $5. If you are off by $1.25, you wont get service turned on until you go to the office to pay the difference. Trying to find out your bill payment due online is like searching the ocean for gold. It stinks. Who ever created the pay online website for MetroPcs had to be an idiot! And calling for customer service, they charge $2 then the put you on hold for 45 minutes listening to an abusive pre-recorded message that is guaranteed to put you in a loony-farm!
