Instructions

With this first one you'll either need to be a man or have one in your home. If you're a single woman and don't live with your father or brother or have someone then you'll need a husband. You can accomplish this by getting married or borrow a husband from a friend. Just explain to your friend you don't want to keep him, just have him come over and shave once a day. Your friend will love you for it, just to get him out of the house will be a big relief for her.

In fact that's the first use for those little pieces, get a shaving mug and brush and put all the pieces in the mug and use them for shaving. You really can save a lot of money this way and you'll find the bath soap works just as well if not better than the shaving soaps.

The second way is to re-use them. Keep a glass jar and collect them in it. You'll find a large dill pickle jar works great. After you've collected a good amount fill jar with 1/3 as much water as you have soap. Set aside for a few days and the soap will melt into the water. Now get a plastic box about the size of a bar of soap, spray it with non-stick cooking spray and pour soap and water mixture into dish and allow to dry. Presto you have a new bar of soap.

Tips & Warnings

  • You may want to increase or decrease the amount of water you use.

  • Get a plastic carrying soap case, they work great.

  • You can heat water and soap mixture on stove to speed up the process.

  • If you use the first method be sure and ask to borrow a husband don't just assume it's okay and take one.

  • Remember always ask, husbands are not to smart and will do anything you tell them. Including jumping off bridges. So it's always a good idea to ask his wife before telling him you'd like him to come over and use your mug.

How clever! I actually ran out of dish washing soap (no dishwasher). I cut up a bar of dial soap into a small pot, added some water, brought it to a rolling boil - and it make excellent dish washing soap. You can use those left overs in this way too. 5*
