1. Sign up for affiliate networks. There's a directory of affiliate networks in the "Resources" section below. After you've registered for the affiliate networks, familiarize yourself with the campaigns that each networks runs.

2. Promote strong campaigns using PPC (pay per click) affiliate marketing advertising techniques. There is a link to a "How to" in the Resources section below, that will help you understand how to use PPC advertising to earn money as an affiliate marketer.

3. Register for freelance writing sites, like eHow, that will allow you to put links in or after your articles. Write articles that will allow you to use relevant links to refer your readers to.
