      Pick a location, such as outside, where clean up will be easy. Although you are using a few items, rice often ends up making a mess in the area. You can put down a towel or use a bucket to help contain rice.

      Carefully open bag of rice. Place funnel in balloon. Slowly pour rice into funnel, which goes into balloon. Pour rice until balloon is filled.

      Fill balloon, adjusting or shaking balloon to continue to fill. This will allow more rice in balloon. You can also blow air into balloon and release slowly to stretch out latex.
      Tie balloon end (as you would if filled with air or water). You now have a great stress ball for all ages.
