Creating a Slide Show of Images for Your Website
A slide show for your website will display your images on the entry page and show all your images at once. Here are ways to use two different applications to make slide shows, including how to acquire java code scripts for free to install a slide show.

Go to Your File Manager

Control Panel/File Manager
Go to the control panel of your website and log in. Go to the file manager and the directory in which you want your slide show to be or make a new directory folder for the slide show. Create a folder for the images inside the directory and upload the images to the folder.

Create a HTML Document
Create a new HTML document for the slide show and save it to the directory made for your slide show inside the control panel of your website. Do not save it in the image folder. Give the HTML document a unique name such as slideshow.html.

Dynamic Drive
Go to www.dynamicdrive.com and click on the “Image Effects” in the script category and click on “slideshows.” You can now pick out a slide show JavaScript. For this example, “Flexi slideshow” is used. (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex14/index.html)

Copy and Paste the Code on the HTML Document
Click on the selection, and read the description. Complete the directions for installing the script as written by the JavaScript writer. Copy the code and paste it to the uniquely named HTML document, and then save it.

Look at the copied JavaScript code. With the HTML editor provided by your website hosting company, change the names of the images to the names of your images. Save the uniquely named HTML document and open it with the browser to see it work.

A cheaper slide show application is Quicktime Professional by Apple.
