      Power up your BlackBerry and your computer. Connect your BlackBerry to your computer via the USB cable that came with your phone.

      Select the appropriate file transfer option that appears in the dialog box that opens on your BlackBerry. In this case, you are transferring media files through the BlackBerry Desktop Software.

      Open the BlackBerry Desktop Software on your computer.
