Step 1
Change the Color, Size, Alignment, and Style of your text messages. Create a new Text Message then hit the options button at the bottom. Choose Option #3 "Format Text". You have five options that you can choose from (1. Alignment, 2. Font Size, 3. Font Style, 4. Text Color, and 5. Background.) Click on the number(s) you want to change and it is as easy as that.
Unfortunatly, the only people who can see the different styles/colors are people who also are using verizon. (They do not have to have an Envy though!) -
Step 2
How to save a sound as a ringtone. Pretty Simple. If someone sends you a sound thru a text message, hit options > Save as ringtone > Name it. Then go into your tones ( Menu > Get it now > 1. Music & Tones and there it is)

Step 3
Taking Pictures and Videos. Open the Lens. Click on Take a Picture/Take Video > Hit Options > On the bottom of the screen hit the left/right keys and scroll back and forth changing what you want (You can change Resolution, Self timer, On/Off Flash, White Balance, Sound it makes when it takes the picture, Color Effects, Night mode,and Auto Focus.)

Step 4
Voice Commands. Menu > Settings & Tools > 2.) Tools > 1.) Voice Commands. Press 1 if you want to call a person or look at the other options to see the other commands. Then just say the name.

on 12/8/2008 I called verizon about the non-verizon message thing and talked to the tech support and they sent an update to my phone and fixed it! just call them! :)

on 11/18/2008 My boyfriend has a Verizon Envy and whenever he texts me he always gets a message saying something about sending a message to a non-verizon user...is there any way for him to shut that off?...I can't seem to find anything to stop that...Id appreciate any suggestions..:)
