Step 1
Download the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller. (See Resources) Make sure you download the uninstaller to your desktop for easy access later.

Double click on the Uninstaller's icon to launch the application. This will initiate a wizard that will begin to uninstall Adobe Flash Player for you.

After the Uninstaller is done, restart your computer to complete the process. After your computer reboots, Adobe Flash Player should be completely uninstalled.

Download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player from Adobe’s website. (See Resources below for the most recent version).

Change your security Level if Internet Explorer won't let you properly Adobe Flash Player.

Open Internet Explorer and then click on TOOLS in the menu at the top of the window. Click on INTERNET OPTIONS in the Tools dialogue box. Click the SECURITY tab and then click CUSTOM LEVEL.

Locate the section named "ActiveX controls and plug-ins." Select PROMPT under the option named "Download Signed ActiveX Controls." Select PROMPT for "Run ActiveX Controls and Plugins." After you have done this, click "OK" twice to exit.
