Use acupressure points to relieve urinary problems and the pain associated with these problems. This article describes how to find the acupressure points, which are associated with the urinary track and that area of the body.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Urinary problems
  • Desire to be rid of said aliments
  • Two working hands
  1. Step 1

Reach your left hand to the back of your neck, placing the thumb on the shoulder, index finger a bit higher on the neck itself, with the rest of the fingers stretched up the neck. Do the same with the right hand, placing the fingers in the same positions on the right side of the neck.

  2. Step 2

Apply firm pressure with the index fingers. You will notice a tender spot under your index finger. This is the spot to massage with a little pressure for up to a minute. Rub or massage the neck muscles for up to a minute, do this up to three times a day to relieve urinary problems as well as tension headaches.

  3. Step 3

Visualize a healthy body as you massage this region of the neck,. Not only will you feel better, you will also find yourself having less urinary problems, and less tension headaches as well.

  4. Step 4

Grasp your left ankle in your left hand; you will want to place your index finger in the hollow of the outside the ankle. Gently massage this hollow area for a minute or so multiple times a day to strengthen the urinary track as well as to aid in the general health of the lower part of the body.

Tips & Warnings
  • This technique can be used with the advice that your doctor of western medicine employs.
