This guide outlines how to unhide a folder using Microsoft Windows XP.

  • Windows XP

    How To Unhide A Folder Using Windows XP

  1. Step 1

    From the desktop screen click on Start, then Control Panel, followed by Panel Options.

  2. Step 2

    Click on the View Tab and check the radio button "show hidden files and folders" and press OK.

  3. Step 3

    You will now be able to see all of the hidden files and folders on your computer. You can right click on the hidden folder and uncheck the hidden box and apply the changes to unhide it.

on 10/12/2008 I do not why, I have many folder hide in my hard disk, and I don´t have the folder option inside the control panel, there is no ¨FOLDER OPTIONS Icon.

Hw can I unhide all my folders?
