How to Turn Your Wii Controller into a Mouse
Since the Wii controller is Bluetooth-enabled, you can use it as a mouse if you configure your computer the correctly. It may require some time and finesse to get it working, but it's a fun way to play PC games.

- Bluetooth-enabled computer (usually a laptop) or a Bluetooth dongle
- Internet connection to download GlovePIE application

First, you must install a special application called GlovePIE designed to help your computer use different kinds of input devices.

Connect and install your Bluetooth dongle if you are using a desktop computer. Most laptops are already Bluetooth-enabled.

Put the Wii remote in “discovery mode” by pressing both the “1” and “2” buttons. You can also press the “discovery mode” button underneath the battery covering. The LED lights should start flashing when you have done this correctly.

Open the Bluetooth settings on your PC and click “Bluetooth Setup.” Click “Next,” and then click “Human Interface Device.” (You can also click “Create new Bluetooth Connection” for some interfaces.)

Your computer should now find your Wii remote.

You can set up multiple Wii remotes by following the same steps. Your computer will create separate connections for each automatically.

If your Wii remote doesn’t seem to work smoothly, you can go into the settings of GlovePIE to find various scripts that people have made to configure the Wii. Try a few different ones to see which one works best for your computer.
Your Wii remote may not work perfectly since you are playing with two types of hardware that were not designed to interface. However, with some tweaking, you have an entertaining way to use your PC, play computer games, etc.
