Things You'll Need:
- Chewing Gum
-
Step 1
Chew a piece of chewing gum until it is very smooth and will stretch well over the tongue without breaking.
-
Step 2
Shape the chewing gum into a circle by rolling it between your front teeth and tongue. Be careful not to actually chew the gum at this point.
-
Step 3
Flatten the circle you formed on the top of your tongue a bit. Press the gum against the back of your front teeth while puckering your lips.
-
Step 4
Open your mouth slightly and stretch the gum between your front teeth onto the tip of your tongue (as if starting to blow a bubble with it).
-
Step 5
Slide your top teeth under the chewing gum that is resting on the top of your tongue and bring them even with your bottom teeth. The gum should be in front of your top teeth and tucked behind your bottom teeth.
-
Step 6
Suck in air quickly. This should pull the chewing gum back into your mouth and make a popping sound. You can make the gum pop one to four times by closing up the hole you create with your tongue and sucking in again.
-
Step 7
Knead the gum a bit again with your teeth so there are no holes or stretches. Repeat steps two through seven.
