Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 2 Tblspns. of Plaster of Paris from a craft or hardware store
  • 2 Tblspns. water
  • Small plastic sandwich bag
  • Paper cup
  • Mixing Spoon
  • 2 Clothes pins
  • Clothes line or hanger
  • Food coloring

Step1
Mix the water and plaster of Paris in the paper cup.
Step2
Mix in a few drops of food coloring.
Step3
Pour the mixture into the bag.
Step4
Roll down the top edge of the bag making sure to mold the mixture into a tube shape.
Step5
Clip the closed bag to hanger or clothesline keeping the tube straight across.
Step6
Wait a day for it to harden. Then unwrap your chalk and let it dry out another couple of days before using it.
