How to recover lost image files

Ever thought you had retrieved all the images from your memory card and later found out after reviewing them that some were missing, perhaps you accidentally deleted the files or formatted the card. I will show you how to recover the lost pictures for free.

1. Try to determine where you lost the file from.

Tips & Warnings

• I use Picassa web albumns to store photos online, they can be public or private and are easy to share with friends or family, but that's another ehow!
• Damaged disks, cd's or cards may lose parts of files that will never be recovered. But you may get a few photos back that you thought were lost forever.
