Step1
First, open a New Word Document and select "Blank."
Step2
From the File Menu select "Page Setup." In the "Page Setup" box, select these settings: On the Margin Tab change the Top, Bottom, Left, and Right margins to 0.6”. Then change the position of the paper under Orientation select Landscape and click "OK."
Step3
Go back into your word document and locate the Table Menu and select Insert Table. In the Insert Table box select these settings. In the Number of Rows box enter 3 and from the Number of Columns box enter 2. Click "OK."
Step4
To make the table fit your page setup, click inside the table. A small rectangle appears in the lower-right hand corner of the table. Using your mouse pointer, click and drag the table to fill your page.
Step5
To place clip art into the cells, just click inside the cell, go to the Insert Menu, select "Picture and Clip Art." Select your clip art and click Ok. You want the art work to be on the left so click on the Left Align icon on your Microsoft toolbar.

If you need to resize the clip art, click and drag the box.
Step6
Use your space bar to add a few spaces and add the text to and from. If you wanted to have tags that are typed, simply change the font size and type by select a new font from the tool bar.
Step7
Simply save your file and print. You could also print them on colored paper to add another festive look. Cut along the black outline lines. If you wanted a more personal gift tag, grab a pen and fill in the to and from sections.
Step8
Now, you have saved yourself time and stress.
