Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Tea cup
  • Hot water
  • Green tea bag
  • 2 tsps. honey
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. whole cloves
  1. Step 1

    Pour the hot water into the tea cup and place the tea bag into the cup.

  2. Step 2

    Add the honey, cinnamon, cloves and stir. Honey, cinnamon and cloves all have antiseptic properties, which can help your body fight viruses. The cloves with also help to numb a sore throat.

  3. Step 3

    Cover the cup with a paper towel or a dish cloth and let the tea steep for five minuets.

  4. Step 4

    Scoop out the cloves. The tea is now ready to drink.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can try this recipe with any type of tea. I just use green tea because it is so good for the body.
  • Do not try this recipe if you are allergic to honey.
