Believed it or not, you can exercise without moving. It is very hard to do and will give you strength and will help lose weight. It is like the Pilate exercise, but you do not move.
Stand up and put your arms in a horizontal position. Do not move your arms. try to stay on this position for at least 1 minute and then relax your arms.
Step2
Sit down in a chair and stand up, your legs in front of you, your legs are making a letter L with your body. Do not move from this position and try to do it for one minute and then relax your legs.
Step3
Repeat step 1 and step 2 twice. This will total 6 minutes of your time. try it in the morning and at night. And if you think you can instead of 6 minutes try it for 8 or 10.
