Everyone knows that when you are angry you can't think properly and you can't see the truth, so it's very important you control yourself and decide appropriately when the situation is critical

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • strong will
  • understanding that change is needed
  • think more
  1. Step 1

First, understand the incident that is happened, is already happened and you can't play back the time, and also, you can't change the people's attitude easily.

  2. Step 2

Now, you need to know that the front section of your brain is responsible to control others section, so if you get angry very soon, that means your front section of your brain is unable to control that section related to angriness.

  3. Step 3

To teach your brain to control that area, you must break the rules of your brain two or three times, the rules, I mean, those that make you angry. if you managed to succeed for the first time, the next time you will succeed easier and if you succeed second time it will be much easier in third time and so on.

  4. Step 4

The best approach is a traditional way to remind yourself when you are going to get angry. that is, you mark your finger or wear a ring on your finger or stick a small paper on your desk or computer monitor, so each time you see that your brain spontaneously will recall that you are very serious on changing your attitude and you want to get rid of your bad attitude.
