Instructions

1
Remove the jokers from a standard deck of playing cards and shuffle. Deal 13 cards face up onto the table.
-
2
Deal the remaining cards on top of the 13 cards so that all the cards are face up on the table in 13 rows of four. The cards should be placed so that the value and suit of the underneath cards are visible.
-
-
3
Locate the kings and move them to the bottom of their respective piles.
-
4
Shift cards around on these thirteen piles by placing cards in descending order, regardless of suit. The object of the game is to create four foundation piles beginning with aces and build up on those piles by suit. Holes in the tableau piles may not be filled by additional cards and only one card may be moved at a time.
-

Continue moving the cards and building on foundations until you get all 52 cards on the foundations or until moves are no longer possible.

Tips & Warnings
Baker's Dozen solitaire can also be played by concealing some of the cards. Deal the first row of cards face down and rest of the cards face up for a different and more challenging game. Be sure to only move the visible kings and don't look at the hidden cards if you are going to play this way.
