How to make Hash brown Casserole

This is a great side dish for dinner or a great dish to take to a pot luck. Once you serve it you will be asked to make it again and again.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 lbs. frozen Hashbrowns
  • 2 C Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cans cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 C margarine, melted
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 C cornflakes
  • 1/4 C margarine, melted
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  1. Step 1

    Spray baking dish with a non-stick spray. Mix hash browns, cheese, soups, the 1/2 c melted margarine, onion, salt and pepper.

  2. Step 2

    Bake for at 350 for 30 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Mix cornflakes with the 1/4 cup melted margarine. Mix casserole and spread cornflake mixture over top of casserole.

  4. Step 4

    Bake for 30 more minutes until browned.

Tips & Warnings
  • you can use shredded or chopped hash browns.
