1
Think about issues related to your business or website that you could teach others about. For example, if you run a printing service, you can offer an e-course on designing effective marketing material.
-
2
Decide how long you want your e-course to be. Choose a seven-, 10- or 15-day e-course length, so that you can provide ample information without scaring overwhelming people with too much information in one day.
-
-
3
Make an outline of the course material you plan to cover. Include all possible areas and issues that can arise with your subject.
-
4
Split the outline of your course material up, according to how long your course will run. Make sure you have an equal amount of material for each day.
-
5
Write your e-course. Make sure that you include lots of subheadings, tips, steps, bullet points and that each is clear and easy to read. You don't want the material to be too much for any of your readers, so try to keep it around a sixth grade reading level if possible.
-
6
Send out, via e-mail, the first lesson in your e-course once people have signed up. You can include a feedback form and make improvements based on the comments received, to make your e-course even better.
