1
Check out a PartyLite party and watch the consultant who runs the show. This is not the same person as the hostess, who receives all the free products and other hostess gifts.
-
2
Set up your own party through the consultant. This includes the date, time and how to invite guests.
-
-
3
Ask six of your friends and family members to host their own shows to help you get started in this business. This is the beginning of your business and can get you more shows to expand out.
-
4
Call everyone you want to invite personally. If they can not make it ask, if they would like to order or have their own shows. Make sure they know they are helping you start your own business by doing either.
-
5
Host your show, and learn what you can from the consultant. Listen as she shows off the items and takes the orders.
-
6
Attend training, which is free, through your local leader or adopted leader, if you live far away from your unit. These can be weekly bimonthly or monthly, depending on the unit.

Tips & Warnings
You need little money to become a PartyLite consultant. Your starter show pays for your kit to do your business shows. However, you need to purchase reminder cards and any gifts you want to give to guests at shows.
Try and have more than six shows to start with. There is always at least one that cancels.
