Tips & Warnings

  • Locations and contact information for travel agencies and FlyAsianXpress sales offices can be found on the Web site.
  • All phone numbers include the U.S. international prefix "011." When calling internationally outside the United States, substitute that "011" with "00."
  • All country codes are within parentheses and begin with a "+" sign.
  • You'll pay a booking service fee (about $1.50) for bookings made at the sales office, group desk, and through the call center. There is also a fee for wheelchairs (about $3.50).
  • There are no refunds for cancellations.
  • Familiarize yourself with Boreo's geography. The cities serviced by FlyAsiaXpress are rural and not well known.
  • There aren't many long-distance flights. For the most part, you'll have to fly from cities closer to your destination in order to reach the outer edges of the FlyAsianXpress routes.
  • The currency in Malaysia is the ringgit, which is roughly equivalent to 25 cents.
