Things You’ll Need:

• One AAA battery
• Bose Quiet Comfort 2 Headphones

1. Tilt the top of the right earcup inward to allow you to access the battery compartment on its side.
2. Use your fingernail to pull the battery door lock tab toward the door to unlock the compartment. The door will swing outward.
3. Slide the spent battery out of the compartment and discard appropriately.
4. Slide the new battery into the compartment top first.
5. Flip the battery door closed.
6. Press the battery door firmly but gently into place until you feel the lock catch.

Tips & Warnings

• You can use AAA alkaline batteries, or NiMH rechargeable batteries to power your Bose Headphones. The rechargeable batteries will give you about half the life of alkaline batteries before needing to be recharged.
