on 2/2/2007 I was very impressed and happy with my Complete Valuation Report from Electronic Appraiser. I used the report as a bargaining leverage when I sold my home last year.
I would recommend this site to all home owners looking to sell, buy or refinance their home. http://www.electronicappraiser.com
