How to Give a Six-Pack in Volleyball

"Six-packing an opponent has nothing to do with giving him beer," says Rob Heidger, professional beach volleyball player. "A 'six-pack' is when you deliberately hit the ball so it smacks your opponent square in the face. It's not a very cool thing to do."

    • Heidger and his teammate Kevin Wong are the No. 1-ranked U.S. men's doubles team in beach volleyball. They competed together in the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia.

    • If six-packing sounds a little cheap, that's because it is. Do it at your own risk.
