Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

    Assembling the Basket

  1. Step 1

Line your basket with a plastic pan, such as the type you get with take-out salad, or use aluminum foil pans found in the baking section of your local grocery store.

  2. Step 2

Place pots of herbs inside the basket.

  3. Step 3

Glue flower seed packets to florist sticks and poke them into the pots of herbs.

  4. Step 4

Poke chocolate rosebuds in the herb pots among the seed packets.

  5. Step 5

Add a ribbon and bow to the handle of your basket. Attach a gift card.

  6. Chocolate Rosebuds

  7. Step 1

Place two chocolate kisses base to base.

  8. Step 2

Place a piece of clear or red plastic wrap over the tip of one of the kisses and stretch it tightly over both kisses.

  9. Step 3

Gather the wrap at the tip of the bottom kiss.

  10. Step 4

Use a florist stick. Twist the end of the plastic wrap around the stick and secure it with a piece of florist wire.

  11. Step 5

Use artificial rose leaves or pieces of parsley, which will look fresh, however, for only a short time.

  12. Step 6

Wrap the base of the rose kisses with florist tape and add leaves as you wrap the florist stick with tape.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can use any kind of candy for your flowers, including suckers or peppermint candy. Just follow the same steps and create your own spring bouquet.
