How to Redo Your Lips on "IMVU"
On the IMVU 3-D chat messenger, you redo your avatar’s lips by purchasing a new lip product from the IMVU Catalog with IMVU credits. IMVU provides user tools within the messenger to access the catalog and purchase items. As a result, all you need to redo your avatar’s lips is the open messenger and to have enough credits to purchase the product you like.

Open the IMVU 3-D chat messenger on your computer.

Click the “Shop” button in the messenger to see the IMVU Catalog.

Click the “Women” or “Men” tab and then type “lips” in the Search Catalog field. The Shop screen automatically updates with pages of thumbnails featuring all of the available lips products.

Check out the products on each page until you find one you like. Click the “Try” button to model the product on your avatar. When you’re ready to purchase a product, click the “Buy” button. Your avatar’s lips automatically update to show the new product.

Click the “Home” tab at the top left corner of the screen if your avatar’s lips don’t update. Click the “My Room” button to open your room. Click the Skins icon -- marked with a lips image -- in the My Avatar section at the bottom of the screen and then click the “Add” button on the thumbnail of the new lips product to redo the lips on your avatar.

Change your avatar's lips to other lips products you own at any time by clicking the Skins icon and then clicking the “Add” button located on the product you want.

You can also look at the IMVU Catalog on the IMVU (imvu.com) website. Click “Browse the Catalog” from the Shop drop-down menu in your account online and enter “lips” in the Search Catalog field and click “Go” to see available products. If you don’t have enough credits to purchase a lips product, click “Buy Credits” or “Earn Credits” on the Credits drop-down menu in your account online and then follow the on-screen instructions to get the credits you need.
